No Claims CashBack offers a brand new, innovative concept in travel insurance. Departing from every other product on the market, No Claims CashBack provides high quality travel cover if a customer needs to claim any of the listed benefits; but if they return home safely without claiming, some of their money will be returned to them.
Aimed at 18-49 year olds and covering individuals, couples or families this product has been designed to offer the reassurance modern travellers expect, with medical cover, cancellation protection and benefits to safeguard cash, documents and passports. It is distributed exclusively online with an emphasis on clarity, transparency and offering customers a unique proposition.
Customers can sign a declaration 30 days after travelling stating they do not wish to claim on the insurance. On doing so, No Claims CashBack will send back some of their money, according to a simple table based on the insurance they purchased; up to a maximum of £10.
The product caters for single trips only. Beside its unique selling point, No Claims CashBack is happy to face direct comparison with competitors, both on benefit levels and pricing.

All of our travel insurance policies are arranged with Professional Travel Insurance Company Limited (pti) with an undertaking that allows us to offer this insurance cover at low cost.
We have chosen highly respected, specialist companies to carry out certain aspects of the insurance cover, on behalf of the underwriter. The emergency medical assistance service is provided by a company called Specialty Assistance Services, (sas). All insurance claims are handled by Claims Settlement Agencies, (csa). Both of these companies have built up reputations for being highly customer focused and efficient. Should you need to make a claim, or require emergency assistance, these companies have direct (and secure) access to our customer database so they can help.
