HOW TO CLAIM ON THE INSURANCE

No Claims CashBack has a firm commitment to meet all our obligations when claims arise, and serve our customers exactly as detailed in their policies.

We also believe that customer service, backed up by first-class communication, is  paramount in delivering our product.

The travel insurance policy is a contract and, as such, is a legally binding document. We therefore require that you to tell us anything in advance that may affect the nature of any possible claim; including pre-existing medical conditions or any circumstance that could materially affect a claim. In the event of a claim, we would, as standard practice, also require you to provide documentary evidence. Our customer service operators will be available to support and explain any aspect of this, as required.

HOW TO CLAIM YOUR CASHBACK

If you do not make an insurance claim with us, you can recoup some of your money following this straight-forward procedure:

    You can claim your cash back between 30 and 60 days after you return from your trip.

  • Two
    Ensure you have your Schedule Number and your post code and then click here.
    1. Enter your Schedule Number
    2. Enter your postcode (the one used when you purchased your policy)

  • Three
    Our system will check that no claims have been made against the policy and once confirmed, we simply credit your cashback entitlement to the original credit/debit card that you purchased your policy with.
